Your photos are personal. This page explains in plain words how we handle them.

How your photo reaches us

There are two ways. When you order on Etsy, you send your photo through Etsy messages. For some services, you first email your photo to ertustudio@gmail.com so we can check what is possible before you order. Finished images are delivered through Etsy.

What we do with it

Your photo is used only to review your request and complete your order. It is never sold, shared with other people or posted anywhere without your permission.

Deleting your photos

You can ask us at any time to delete the photos and files we hold for your order. Email us and we will remove them from our email and working files. Copies inside Etsy messages are handled by Etsy under its own privacy policy.

Portfolio examples

A photo appears on this website or in our portfolio only with the client's permission. If you ever want a photo removed, write to us and we will take care of it.
