Where do I place my order?
Orders are placed through the relevant ErTuStudio Etsy listing. For a custom project, contact us first so the work and the appropriate listing can be confirmed.
How long will my order take?
Check the delivery estimate on the relevant Etsy listing. Complex edits and larger collections need an individual assessment. If you have a deadline, ask about availability before ordering.
What if the result is not quite right?
Message us through Etsy and describe what needs attention. It will be reviewed against the brief agreed before ordering.
What photo quality do I need?
Send the highest resolution original you have. Sharp, well-lit photos give the best results.
Can you restore very old or damaged photos?
Yes. We repair scratches, tears, stains, creases and fading with careful manual work.
Is my photo kept private and confidential?
Yes. Your photos are used only for your order and are never shared or published without your permission.
Do you take custom or complex projects?
Send us your photo and a short description by email and we will let you know what is possible.
Can I request several different edits in one photo?
Yes, combined requests can be reviewed for a custom quote. Standard listings cover their stated service; the 10-photo and 20-photo packages include one primary standard service per image.
What kind of file should I send?
Send the largest original file available. Avoid screenshots or compressed copies when you have the original, and include any reference photographs needed to explain the request.
Can every blurry or damaged photo be fully repaired?
The original detail and condition of the file determine what can be achieved. Send it for review first, especially when faces are blurred, heavily compressed or partly missing.
