Questions About Old Photo Restoration
How do I order old photo restoration?
Email your photo and a short note about what you want changed. We check what is possible and reply with the price and the Etsy listing to use. Then you place your order on Etsy.
How should I scan my photo?
Scan at 600 dpi or higher, without glass glare. A clear phone photo in daylight can also work for a first check.
Can you add color to a black and white photo?
Colorization is a separate request. Mention it with your photo and we will quote it.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
The current price and delivery estimate are shown on the Etsy listing. Larger or more complex requests are quoted individually. If you have a deadline, ask before ordering.
Can I add other edits to the same photo?
Yes. A standard order covers this one service. Tell us about any other changes before ordering and we will quote the combined edit.
Will my photo be kept private?
Yes. Your photos are used only for your order and are never shared or posted without your permission.
