How do I order background removal?
Open the Etsy listing and place your order. Then send your photo and a short note through Etsy messages. Not sure it fits your photo? Email it to us first.
What kind of photos can you cut out?
Almost anything: portraits, full body photos, pets, products, cars, logos and objects. If the subject is clearly visible, it can be cut out.
Which file format will I get?
A transparent PNG. If you want, also a JPG or PNG with a white or plain color background. JPG files cannot be transparent.
Will hair and fine edges look cut out?
No. Hair, fur and soft edges are masked by hand, so the cutout looks natural on any new background.
Can you also put a new background behind me?
Yes, that is our Background Replacement service. It includes matching light and color to the new scene.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
The current price and delivery estimate are shown on the Etsy listing. Larger or more complex requests are quoted individually. If you have a deadline, ask before ordering.
Can I add other edits to the same photo?
Yes. A standard order covers this one service. Tell us about any other changes before ordering and we will quote the combined edit.
Will my photo be kept private?
Yes. Your photos are used only for your order and are never shared or posted without your permission.
